You will receive a link to the video via email as an alternative to the DVD that comes in your package. All that is needed to use the video link is an internet connection.
A standard TV and DVD player is all that is required to view the DVD. Please make sure that the DVD is working properly before class.
You can rewind the DVD or streaming video. You are free to review a section as many times as you require.
As soon as you receive Mimosa and a Masterpiece in a Box, open it immediately and check the DVD to ensure it plays properly. If you plan to use the internet link, check the link immediately upon receiving it to ensure that your connection speed works and you are able to load the video properly. If you are having trouble playing the video via DVD or video link, please call us immediately.
No special chairs are required. However, we have found that the 6 foot or 8 foot tables work best. If you have two 8 foot tables, you are able to seat 5 painters on each side of the table. We have used both stools and folding chairs at the studio and both work well.
We have not found it necessary to cover the chairs in the studio. However, if you have a concern, please feel free to cover them. It is better to be safe than sorry.
We strive to ensure that each box is packed properly. However, if you find that something is missing. Please call us immediately and we will ship it to you.
We suggest that you allow 2 weeks to receive the box once your order is confirmed. In most cases, you should have the box at your doorstep within 7 days.
We do offer express shipping at an additional cost if required.
For paint on clothing: Immediately rinse the area with cold water and then apply club soda or a stain remover to treat the stain. Use fingernail or dull edge of a knife to gently scrape excess paint from the site of the stain. Launder clothing immediately following stain treatment.
For paint on non-upholstered furniture: Use surface cleaner for floor, table and counter stains. Use fingernail or dull edge of a knife to scrape excess. Wipe clean with wet paper towel.
For paint on upholstered furniture: Scrape excess paint gently with dull edge of a knife and spray with upholstery stain treatment spray or club soda. Dab with dry cloth to remove stain.
We are not responsible for any damage or painting mishaps that may happen during the class. We suggest covering areas of concern with a sheet, plastic, or tarp.
All materials are yours to keep (or give to guests as a party favor) with the exception of the DVD which we ask that you return to us in the pre-paid envelope.
